1. Stand in front of box, feet straight and shoulder-width apart.
2. Hold dumbbells in both hands at sides. 

Movement
1. Step onto box with one leg; push through heel, stand up straight; balance.
2. Flex other leg at hip and knee; curl dumbbells to chest then press dumbbells overhead, fully extending both arms.
3. Return dumbbells to chest and straighten arms by sides and step off box to start position.
